The Board of the Consolidated Association of Pride recognizes that our member organizations do valuable work in their respective communities and seeks to assist by creating and contributing financially to a relief fund that will focus on re-building from the COVID-19 crisis.
The mission of the CAPI COVID-19 Relief Fund Sub-Committee is to distribute the collected funds to member organizations that are financially impacted negatively by COVID-19. These organizations are seeking financial assistance to continue helping create change and promote a better understanding of LGBTQ + communities in their respective cities.
We will collect funds through CAPI Board organized fundraisers and ask member organizations to help promote and participate in fundraisers. We will NOT ask member organizations to donate money to the fund.
